Jeans Frame Returns and Refunds Policy
At Jeans Frame, we are dedicated to ensuring your complete satisfaction with every purchase. We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations, and we have designed a straightforward and fair return policy to make the process as smooth as possible.
1. Return Eligibility and Timeframe
We offer a 30-day return window for all full-price items, starting from the date your order is shipped. To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original, unworn, and unwashed condition, with all original tags securely attached and packaging intact. For orders placed during our holiday season in November and December, we extend our return window to 45 days from the shipment date to provide you with extra flexibility. This policy allows you to shop with confidence for gifts and personal items during the busiest time of the year.
2. Non-Returnable Items
To protect the health and safety of all customers, certain items are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. This category includes all items marked as “Final Sale” on the product page at the time of purchase, which are typically heavily discounted or part of a special promotion. Additionally, for hygiene reasons, any intimate apparel, swimwear (if the hygiene liner has been removed or compromised), and accessories that have been personalized or monogrammed are non-returnable. We ask that you review your selections carefully before completing your purchase of these specific items.
3. Return Methods and Instructions
We provide two convenient return options for online purchases:
- Prepaid Online Return Label: The easiest method is to initiate a return through our online Returns Center. You will need your order number and the email address or zip code associated with the order. Upon authorization, you will receive a prepaid return shipping label and instructions. Please pack the items securely in their original packaging, if possible, attach the provided label, and drop the package at an authorized carrier location.
- In-Store Return: If you live near a Jeans Frame retail store, you may return your online purchase directly there. Please note that you should not initiate an online return if you plan to return in-store. Simply bring the items with your original order confirmation email or packing slip, and our store associates will be happy to assist you. Refunds for in-store returns are typically processed on the spot.
Please note: Returns for items purchased in our physical stores must be returned to a store location and cannot be processed through our online Returns Center at this time.
4. Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected at our warehouse, we will process your refund. For returns made via our online portal, please allow up to 3 weeks for us to receive the package and complete the inspection, especially during peak periods. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment used for the purchase. You will receive an email notification once your refund has been issued. The time it takes for the credit to appear on your statement depends on your financial institution’s processing time, but it is usually within 5-10 business days after we issue the refund.
Important Notes on Refunds:
- Items must be returned exactly as described in your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Returns that do not match the RMA request (e.g., different items, quantities, or conditions) will experience significant delays in processing.
- A restocking fee will be applied to the refund for any sale items that are eligible for return. This fee does not apply to full-price items or to exchanges.
5. Exchanges
We currently facilitate exchanges through our online Returns Center. To exchange an item for a different size or color, please initiate a return for the original item and place a new order for the desired item on our website. This ensures you secure the new item promptly while your return is being processed.
6. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Your satisfaction is our priority. If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect (not what you ordered), please contact our Customer Service team immediately. We will arrange for a prepaid return label and expedite a replacement or refund for you. In such cases, standard return timeframes and conditions may be waived at our discretion.
7. Policy Changes and Rights
Jeans Frame reserves the right to refuse any return that does not comply with the conditions outlined in this policy. We also reserve the right to modify or update this Returns and Refunds Policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the jeansframe.com website. Continued use of our site and services constitutes your acceptance of any revised policy.
